treating ALBA-Xaloc .cbf images with APEX

Are you stuck with Shelx, going crazy with Crystals, WinGX sent you wobbly, LinGX left you slightly lost, APEXII left you for dead or just need some structural healing? Then perhaps posting here will help? Use this forum for general discussion about software, databases and web resources.

treating ALBA-Xaloc .cbf images with APEX

Post by ecs » 16 Oct 2017, 14:14

Hi,
I have some data collected on Xaloc beamline at ALBA, the detector is a Dectris-Pilatus detector and data are in .cbf format.
Is it possible to import this data into APEX3 to do indexing, reduction and scaling?

Thanks in advance

APEX3 error - AttributeError: 'Record' object has no attribute 'exposuretime'

Post by ecs » 17 Mar 2021, 10:30

Dear all,
we now can unwrp pilatus dectris images on APEX3, however, in our last data collection we also face problmes.
APEX3 will not harvest peaks, giving the image below with the message that the software it's too old (it is the latesr APEX3 verison form Bruker website).
Then the error includes this information:
AttributeError: 'Record' object has no attribute 'exposuretime'

Exposure time has been defined in the header.
Anyone know how to fix this?Image
